In the fall of 2024, Restore Our Roots helped the Borough plant about 50 native shrubs and trees with funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) grant. Tabas park borders Beaver Creek and also experiences flooding from E. Branch Brandywine Creek. Stay tuned for more plantings in this park and volunteer days!
